Joshua, Melvin, William, Ariff (Famosa TC) & I left Melaka at around 9am, to attend the Judges Workshop in Johor Bahru. The weather was fine & our journey was filled with laughter all the way. Ahmad & Shima who travelled from Muar, joined us later, at the venue.
The workshop was conducted by ADG of Edu & Training Mohd Awee,ACS. The session was enjoyable as the facilitator injected humor in his presentation.
Participants had a hands on experience to 'judge' 3 speakers and then shared with each other their points of view. I am sure many took home, useful tips from the workshop.
